Best bands in the SEC

Ultimate off-season thread.
I happen to like watching and hearing the bands each game.
Pre-game gets you pumped up with traditional fight songs and the National Anthem (especially if there is a fly-over at the end). Halftime is great with some half naked dance girls showing off their dancing skills, and most band's stadium music during the game gets the crowd going on first downs and TD's.
Best bands in the SEC:
1. LSU
2. Auburn
3. UGA
4. Texas A&M
Best fight songs:
1. Alabama
2. Arkansas
Most iconic stadium song:
Florida's "Gator chomp"
Love hearing these team's bands year after year. Nice traditions and they really add to the atmosphere of each game.

Weirdest SEC Band Trivia. This was "stolen" from Mississippi State.

Imagine how good many bands would look if only 1/12th or 1/15th of them actually had to know the steps and everyone else just followed the leader.

Better Than Ezra was solid in the 90's.

It gets a lot of hate on here, but I like UT's circle drill.

Our band was around 14th until 2015, then they started playing C-Murder and they are now 1st.

UT's circle drill is awesome. The problem with UT's band is they play like 3 songs and do the circle drill at pretty much every single halftime show. Gets stale after awhile.

That's pretty cool actually. I never knew that.

I like LSU and Auburn. Texas A&m is unique

Saw them in a concert last year (free tickets) and they were still pretty good. Great live show

I can't remember a Tennessee halftime show since 1995 that didn't take me to Chattanooga, Nashville and Memphis and end back in Knoxville with Rocky Top.

I like our pre-game entrance. The whole band explodes from the small team entrance and floods the field in one huge block while playing the fight song.
Gets me pumped up every time no matter who we play. It is a sight to see.

Haha. I like A&M's band for what it is, but I am not a huge fan of just seeing drill after drill.
You guys need more soul. Great band though.

Not necessarily best bands, but LSU's pregame march is still my favorite song played in a pregame routine...but I'm biased.
And I loved Ole Miss's From Dixie With Love.

I like that intro as well and LSU's dancing dolls are absolutely delicious. What do they feed those women?
