Seems like it may be pretty calm unless a couple of coaches just fall on their face.

The coaches that were the most questionable heading into this year seemed to do enough to buy themselves some time.

Is Freeze on the hotseat?

I feel like hes always mentioned, then wins 8 or 9 games and never really is on the hotseat.

If he goes 8-4, with a loss to Fla and either Auburn or UT, would he be on the hot seat?

He would be under some pressure in 2018.

His deal is to be competing for championships by year 3.

No way.

Nor should he be.

If he doesnt have the needle pointing in the right direction by year 3 then you can start having that conversation

I called Miles being fired this year.

The next hottest Coaching Seats, in order:

Sumlin
Jones
Freeze (b/c NCAA AND 4 wins)
Orgeron
Odom

If he goes 8-4, his seat will be hotter than hell. Especially if he loses to 3 of our 4 biggest rivals. Some people say Kirby is Ray Goff but I have the feeling he is closer to Donnan. UGA fans have killed me, but as long as Chaney is the OC, Kirby is committing career suicide.

Gus
If the sugar is a blowout, and
Another 4 or 5 loss season in '17
Stidham may win the heisman in '18 but gus won't be there to help him celebrate.
Ends with him being fabulously wealthy either way, so more power to him i guess.

Ed O is not on the hot seat. LSU would need to finish under .500 next year for a coaching change to be even a remote possibility.

Is there any chance they make a change? Of course if you get rid of him, there is a good chance Pittman goes elsewhere. I'm not sure how you guys feel about Pittman at this point so that might not matter.

Not after one season with a freshman QB and a dogshit OL

Freeze has a manageable schedule next year.. I think he wins enough to simmer his seat. If not, he may be in trouble.

He is overhauling his staff this year so Bjork may give them a few years to gel
