exactly. Ill take a two or 3 game lead if it means the dogs are consistently going 12-19 (3-15). Im willing to fall on that sword.

Why even bother doing that? Nobody ever looks up all time records for any sports except football. (And yes I know State is leading us in both Basketball and Baseball but it doesn't change the fact that nobody looks up those sports all time records)

I don't look at those all time records cause they mean nothing now. Alabama claims all these championships in football. NCAA only recognizes about half of them

Howland isn't doing anything other coaches aren't. All coaches are paying someone, whether it's the player himself, a coach, or some family member. It's just too difficult for a kid who plans on spending 1, maybe 2 years at a school to care if that school gets fricked by the NCAA because he got paid. I highly doubt D-Rose cares Memphis had to give up their final four banner cause he didn't take his test. Most of these guys know that they'll be gone before there are any sanctions so why not take the money. If you're a coach and want to compete against Cal, you have to cheat. If the Great Pete Bell can be corrupted, anyone can.
