What win number does Bert need to reach in order to not just keep his job but also show he is the right choice? I say 10 wins including bowl game shows this guy can beat mediocrity. If he doesn't get 10 wins this season I'd have to say he's not the right man for the job

Anything over .500 is a good place for a program like Arkansas to live.

Occasional years with some end of season excitement where ---if this team loses and that team loses twice, and we win out, we could go all the way--- is enough to keep that program going and fan base satisfied.

Unless he has a losing season, he's not close to the hot seat

7 wins and he's gone. 8 wins and Long probably keeps him around while he installs a 3-3-5. 9 wins and beating some good teams and I think everybody is just along for the ride. They're fun to watch when they are on. I have high hopes for the team next year.
