Only a matter of time. I've never joined this type of website and fortunately have never felt the urge too. However, the explosion of these type sites all over TV and the internet for farmers, old folks, all different nationality's, age groups, etc etc have made this expansion into smaller groups a logical progression. The person that started this will probably do very well financially and if he adds other state universities with large fan bases before the copy cats(pun intended) follow, he or she will make a fortune.
