Now that we've gotten a sample of what teams have, what do you think the final standings will look like?

West
1. Alabama
2. LSU
3. Ole Miss
4. A&M
5. Arkansas
6. Auburn
7. Mississippi State

East
1. South Carolina
2. Georgia
3. Florida
4. Vandy
5. Tennesee
6. Missouri
7. Kentucky

Agreed.. But it doesnt matter... This is the first of about 5 threads per week predicting where teams finish in the conference... Congrats on the win by the way.

ETA: Mississippi State too high

That's why the prediction is solidly based on performances from week 1

Dream on. Ole Massa might finish ahead of MSU and Auburn but that is it.

How surprising. The Agg didn't like someone prediction so instead of predicting their own set he makes a nice nickname for said team and says something negative.

Finishing ahead of Auburn and MSU is a very good season for Ole Massa. You guys should be excited.

I was big on y'all challenging for the west until I saw y'all's shite show of a defense against Rice yesterday

Y'all could be higher. It's hard to base an opinion off of Austin Peay

West
1. Alabama
2. LSU
3. A&M
4. Arkansas
5. Ole Miss
6. Auburn
7. Mississippi State

East
1. South Carolina
2. Georgia
3. Florida
4. Vandy
5. Mizzou
6. Tennessee
7. Kentucky

A&M may drop and I'm kind of tempted to put UGA over USCe.

ETA: Still want to see A&M's run D with all their starters back.

1. Bama - they are saving it for TAMU
2. LSU - defense didn't adjust as well to the mobile QB, great win nonetheless. Landry is playing like a 5-star now
3. TAMU - bc their schedule is weak
4. OM - good win but brutal early schedule might take toll
5. Arky - impressive win over solid ULL team, great debut for Bielema
6. MSU - without Russell they suck hard, but that could be said for several teams who lose their QB
7. Auburn - Defense showed up in the 2nd half, but we don't know how good/bad Wazzou is. Montravious is already good.

East

1. Georgia - Clemson could've beaten anyone last night, they were unstoppable
2. USCe - defense has holes, but still shut down Fedora
3. Florida - a good defensive team, they never blowout teams like Toledo
4. Vandy - should win 7-8 games, Carta-Samuels is solid and Matthews is the truth
5. Mizzou - Franklin makes them scary at times
6. UT - only 3 points vs. Austin Peay in the 2nd half
7. KY - need to keep recruiting talent

With our 3rd team. Look, I'm not trying to be a homer here. But come on.

Ole Miss vs A&M might very well be 66-65 by the end of it.

Jawja will not beat Florida this year. With our defense and their defense? They needed their victory handed out to them last year by us, no less than six times.

South Carolina has a favorable schedule, and will probably win the east.

Jawja will be 0-2 after next weekend. The obc will do his thing. lol

Solely based on week one expectations and actual performance, I would agree with your rankings.

Tennessee will be anywhere from 4th to 6th in the East, but they could have hung 80 on AP if they really wanted to.

Just based off yesterday.

West
1 - LSU
2 - Bama

3 - A&M
4 - Ole Miss

5 - Arkansas
6 - Auburn

7 - State

East
1 - South Carolina

2 - Georgia
3 - Florida

4 - Vandy
5 - Vols
6 - Mizzou

7 - Kentucky

Sadly Kentucky appears to be in a class all by themselves.
