Kentucky is putting up some damn impressive numbers. Too bad they started off so poorly, but they're on a little 11-2 run. I know they're aided by their park on the power #s, but the on base % should show it is more than just that.

I haven't paid that close of attention, but I was shocked no USCe or UF in most of the pitching categories.

Is it time to take Mizzou seriously?

Started poorly vs UNC, but the bats started to wake up vs UCSB with the sweep. I think we maybe better then I thought, and our pitching is pretty solid. Watch out for Lewis, he is a stud with good movement (6 foot 7 pitcher). Riley Mahan is putting up sick numbers and his bat is hot right now. Looking forward to the SEC season and how we do.

I think Baseball American and Boyd's has been a better gauage and rankings. Just saying.

Didn't realize it was that good. We didn't allow a single run this past weekend. If we could find some offense we have a dangerous team.

Your SOS is #218. That is pretty damn weak. Now Arkansas' is 124, not great, but still better.

Exactly. When you have to play through the meat grinder that is the SECe and your overall SOS is still 218, you are playing the Stephen Hawking all star teams OOC.

LSUs strength of schedule is the hardest so far in the SEC at 12.

USCe is at 33

Florida at 47

Mizzou is improved but not a top contender in the SEC.

New coach has brought a new attitude and approach to the game. All an improvement. They may finish somewhere around 10th in the SEC.

Don't mean to barge in, but Ole Miss current SOS is #3 in the nation according to Warren Nolan.
