Not sure about this. All depends on how our bats do. If we had any consistency at the plate this year we would have probably made it back out to Omaha again. Losing Godwin hurt us more than I thought it would.

Well seeing UF and Vandy in there would surprise no one. But what about the other big 3 sec baseball member??? USCe fans are going to be pissed when they see this. Perhaps the 4th best program TAMU has replaced USCe in the big 3 now. TAMU did give TCU strong competition which is more than you can say for some.

No LSU at all? Hmm seems a bit absurd but we do have to replace a lot of key people so we will see how it goes

Huh? Based on what? That's like saying we replaced UT or UF in the Big 6 in football from 2010-2013.

Was surprised not to see LSU as well. UF is easily the preseason NC favorite, after that it's pretty wide open. I could see Vandy back there or I could see them losing in a regional next year. In '17 & '18 VU will have talent and experience for a couple of NC runs.

So they basically pick 5 SEC teams to be better than LSU next year, including Auburn.
Auburn should have one of the better and deeper pitching staffs next year assuming all of our guys come back and all of our recruits report. Had one current pitcher and two recruits that are pitchers drafted between the 10-20 round.
Offense will still probably be a question, especially in the power department. I believe we were last in the SEC in home runs this year

Nah, Gamecocks don't need preseason hype nor do they deserve it. Pitchers need to have a good summer in the summer leagues and position players need to hit the batting cages.
Thank god our top 10 recruiting class mostly stayed in tact because a lot of the players on our current roster are not elite.

Doesnt even mention LSU for a SR? Really? Our pitching alone should get us to a SR, it will be among the best in the country next season.

LSU will be replacing 8 of 9 in the regular lineup and that's a tough thing to overcome for any team. However, pretty much the entire pitching staff will be returning and it should be downright nasty.
