Was this guy the most overrated player in College Football?

The media made him out to be the best offensive lineman in the country. He got more face time than probably any lineman in college football history, and there were 19 lineman picked ahead of him.

No media bias at the NFL draft.

He was just holding out for the right team.

Back during the SECR's infancy....there was alot of threads bemoaning Saban and claims Bama would suck because he couldnt evaluate and get good offensive lineman in school.

I am not trying to flame. I am being serious. I am actually a fan of the kid, but good lord did the media overrate him.

Unfair injury concerns made him fall, he'll be an instant starter in St. Louis.

Would you say he had a hold on those 3 positions?

Right, just not as impressive as the nineteen who went before him.

I'd say he restored order to each position

Well he's not seen by a lot of people as a Tackle in the NFL, and Tackles have more value. We all knew that Warmack, Cooper, and Warford were better Guards. The only real surprise is he's the third Center drafted, though St. Louis may have drafted him to play Guard.

For whatever reason, he did kind of suck at that at LSU. Obviously, things have changed.

He'll quickly restore the Rams to their proper place in the order of the NFC West.
