I don't think bama is going to be as good this year as in the past several years under saban. I'm thinking 3 losses in the regular season is not an un likely scenario.

Yeah, loads of talent. No to returning starters and a good qb which are the other two main ingredients. You can have a junior and senior laden team beat a more talented but less experienced team regularly.

This isn't a slam on bama but this is the year I think a lack of experience and proven qb intersects with a tough schedule and results in as many or more losses than since bama went 6-6 in the regular season under saban.

Please tell me who the threats will be on offense. The only proven ones are Drake and Henry. Everyone will sell out to stop the run so that leaves Drake. Drake is the only proven threat besides Henry on the offense. If you can't agree with that then your homerism has blinded you.

Drake is the closest thing to a threat in that offense.

Correction: He IS a threat.

Not worth it. Can't wait for the Bama/LSU game, should be another classic. Good luck to LSU this season.

He got knocked out of the season and may not be mentally where he was. I can't sell out and say he's a bonafide threat under such circumstances.

I think there is about 3 returning

So by doing a quick bit of State math in my head that should equate to about...oh, say 7 starters back by Starkville reckoning

Bama will be better on offense than LSU like it has been for about 7 years.

The demise of the Crimson Tide on this site is laughable. This Alabama team is made up of 4 number #1 recruiting classes in a row. 5 stars on offense include ( QB - Barnett, RB - Henry, Scarborough and Harris, WR - Foster and Ridley, TE - Howard and OT - Robinson )on Defense Bama has 2 five star Defensive tackles, 2 defensive ends, 1 inside linebacker, 2 outside linebackers and 4 cornerbacks. One thing for sure, Alabama will not lose a game this year due too the other team having more talent.
