Freddie Roach was a really good MLB, correct? When did he play at Alabama? It couldn't have been that long ago.

Damn. Seems like he was just there. I guess they all kind of blur together after a while. Alabama really has cranked them out.

Demeco Ryans played alongside Roach. Pretty sure Ryans was an AA, not sure if consensus.

Freddie was good, had an amazing year as a freshman in 2002, freshman all American. also started on a stout defense his senior year in 2005. Never quite lived up to the immense hype after his freshman year though imo.

Like, by 2005, he was clearly not on Demeco Ryans' level. granted, no one was. what a beast of a college player he was.

Had to wear a club senior season, would have had multiple picks if not for cast.

Don't forget Demeco
The reason I didn't list DeMeco is because he fell between the two dynasties (Bryant and Saban).

But DeMeco is definitely an Alabama LBU player.
