Louisiana could have suspended the imposition of the sentence (Probation), and potentially spent $0 on his incarceration while holding him accountable for his actions.
Assuming you're a resident in LA, it's your money.

I've seen a lot of you guys (all fanbases) admit to teabagging people in the past and "it's no big deal", "I would have been in a lot of trouble too", etc.
I'll go on record saying that if your teabaggee was a complete stranger, then you too are just as stupid and disgustingly f*cked up in the head as Mr. Downing.
The judge recommended a 9 month boot camp. Downing agreed to the plea bargain and will be out within a year (without having to register as a sex offender). By our laws, which are arguably archaic, he got off easy.

I wonder if these stupid arse LSU fans see a trend here. 95% of them are saying it's totally justifiable - the punishment. You guys are so full of fcking shite. The dude has a infant child (son) i believe. And you think it's fair that he's going to fcking PRISON for 2 years for being a drunk dumbass?? Smart, no, Mature, hell no. Reckless and insulting, absolutely. Ruin the guy's life, felon, sex offender... give me a fcking break. Take your damn purple tinted glasses off for 2 seconds and look at it from the outside in. This is total horseshite and the teabag recepient is the biggest pussy of all time.

So, because he has an infant son, it's acceptable for him to pull out his junk and rub them on a strangers neck, but not to do the punishment that comes with it? Congrats on defending a sexual deviant.

You should have seen their reaction to the Shady's incident. The majority of them wanted the charges dropped. The victims deserved what they got. Apparently it's a-okay to crack someone's vertebrae and rearrange their face with kicks to the head but don't go rubbing nuts on someone.

Nah, man. I'm not mad. I have narry a dog in this fight. It just pisses me off. I guess it just scares the shite out of me because i've done totally stupid-arse regrettable frat shite that could be argued as worse than this - as I'm sure many of you have. No, i've never given anyone a cockstache, but still i've done some reckless stuff. AND, we all know that his being a Bama fan and the publicity of it all played a role. Plus so many other (worse, violent, etc.) crimes go unpunished in New Orleas and LA due to overcrowding. Yet this guy has an example made of him. I don't know. Glad I'm not him. Feel for the guy. He's an idiot and deserves public humiliation, community service, perhaps a fine, but going to fcking prison over this is way overboard IMO.
