I thought they were a better team. I and a lot of people were wrong. Bama is nothing but a paper elephant. Sure they have talent, well coached, but the image of bama is way over-rated. Gumps, you may not admit it here and now, but you know it is true.

I don't know why Bama quit running the ball. Only 22 rushes by the RB's, under half their average per game and were averaging 6.6 ypc. Trying to throw so much when Lsu's secondary was playing so well is a little baffling to me.

We got outplayed tonight by a reted LSU team that had planned for this game probably for a year.Les forgot to change his two minute defense.
We will win the NC again this year. This is just like when Coach Bryant was at BAMA, y'all use to get close but just couldn't get it done.

LSU shite the bed in the last 90 seconds of the game. Sure they outplayed bama and abused the hell out bama's cover schemes.
