If Saban's defense looked like swiss cheese against Johhny F.B. and against a 3rd string QB, imagine their anal when Oregon was done with them.

Imagine LSU with less than five losses in their last 10 games.

Saban,Smart and Kiffin carried the team as far as it could go.
Many said we were a 3-4 loss team in August . Those who know football know this team over achieved.

The melt among Tide fans would be entertaining, imagine Phylis on too much of a high energy drink and steriods. Something close to That!

I think it would have been the end for Smart at Alabama. I do not think he could have taken another hit from a HUNH Team.

Yeah I mean with the best overall talent, best coach, best wide receiver, best offensive coordinator, you gotta temper expectations with those ingredients.

Probably true. The way the offense has been sporadically called this year, I bet the defense wouldn't have been rested for more than a quarter. Too many 3 and outs on offense against OSU after they got a few late first half scores. They've gotten away from *what works.

Ohio State is a tougher matchup for Oregon then Alabama.

Probably would be as embarrassing as losing to Notre Dame in the Music City Bowl

On that I have to agree. Bama's defense not as good as Ohio St's, and their offense had too many 3 and outs. Oregon would have clobbered the Tide.

Imagine a Bama fan deflecting.

Its easy, if you read the rant.

Yeah it could have been bad. This team was in over its head and was fortunate to go as far as it did.

I do not know many teams that would want to face the Oregon offense at the moment.

You pondered many ideas for a witty retort, and this is the one you chose to go with?

The tigahs lost to ND...ND
The good news is the tigahs were no where near being embarrassed in the playoffs.

The classic 'they would melt so hard!!!' Do you realize you and your kind are the only ones melting down after this Sugar Bowl? Everyone knew Bama was fortunate to be where they were this year. If I were you, I would be reassessing my life.

The good news is the Tide, who are nowhere near the Oregon Ducks, don't have to compete against the Ducks offense. The whole entire nation would have come down hard on the Tide and the SEC, you think this publicity is bad?
