2011 Georgia Southern was 2 weeks after the LSU loss, but the team wasn't focused the entire ball game.

Yep. And it's always after LSU.
2011 LSU - Lost 9-6, struggled against MSU the very next week.
2012 LSU - Won 21-17, struggled and lost to Texas A&M the very next week.
2013 LSU - Won 38-17, struggled against MSU the very next week.

It's called LSU. Very physical and emotional game. Throw the records out the window. That game always hurts us the following week.

As the #1 team for several consecutive years you get everyone's best shot so even a slight dip in focus will be exploited.
Msu came to win and we clearly weren't playing with any emotion, save for Aj and cj.

Meh, I'll take it. Even in a game where we played like crap and struggled, we still pretty much dominated it. The outcome was never really in question.

ESPN put up a graphic during last night's game. Referring to games after we play LSU and it's awful. We absolutely look awful after every LSU game

All I can say is thank God we were playing MSU this week instead of Aggie....pretty sure last nights performance would have earned us a big, fat "L"
