Every single team regularly clocks their players as being faster than they really are. Auburn always has a few players running a 4.3, but most aren't accurate times.

Usian Bolt can run 28 mph 
25 would be impressive if it could be sustained. Getting up to 20 mph in short bursts really isn't that impressive, a lot of people can do that.
