What gives? Seems strange.

In 2009, it was close to 50/50 with Texas fans, but no doubt Bama fans have been outnumbered in the last 3 , LSU in New Orleans, Notre Dame in Miami, and Clemson in Phoenix.

I guess I had better look in the mirror before I complain, since I haven't been to any of them.

It maybe 40 years until Clemson next plays in the NC.
Bama? it could be....next year.

They are mostly faux fans. When Bama starts losing again, they'll be on to the next thing.

We weren't outnumbered against Texas and Notre Dame.

Last night was the only game where Alabama was clearly outnumbered, and even then it was 60-40 at most.

We were not outnumbered by Texas or ND. It also isn't hard to understand that a game in New Orleans would have more LSU fans tHAN any other opposing fan bases. Alabama actually had more than I expected last night and they were loud.

Really, WGAF who has more fans at a natty. Like what is the infatuation on here about traveling fan bases for bowl games?

Not to me. Even Herbstreit and Mussberger pointed out that LSU had more.

LSU had more, but it wasn't by much. Probably not even 55/45.

Alabama fans sounded louder because they won the game by 21 points.

LSU had more, but it was only 55/45 or closer.
