I know a lot of you are hoping for a similar showing in 2012, but these teams and the circumstances are night and day.

The inexperience on defense was well over blown. The injuries to the absolute best players and the weakest Oline Pendry produced were the main reason for 3 loses.

julio Jones, Marcel Dareus, Upshaw, Fluker, Ingram, Richardson, Barret Jones, Barron, all missed multiple games with injuries. Thats an all sec team missing games and playing through injuries.

On top of 75% of of the SEC schedule having a bye week before the Bama game. 6 out 8 was ridiculous. Especially when you run a 3-4 and most of your pressure comes from confusing the offense. That extra week was key for the Ole Ball Coach and USCe.

No team on the Nation will line up with the top of offensive line talent Bama and experience will this season. 13-0

Well, let's just cancel the season. The closet Alabama fan said so.

I don't know if you can be a homer, closet fan if you don't want Nick Saban as head coach. The OP is an oxymoron.

Fraud fan. No two teams in the country can hold a candle to us, only LSU can. Even USCw can't stay within single digits.

Julio Jones hurt his hand and had surgery but he didn't miss a practice much less a game

The OP stated he "couldn't wait until Nick Saban retired".

Not really.

Y'all lost some big time playmakers and you get Arky really early.

Aren't on the 2012 team. Two of them were once in a lifetime type talents in Jones and Richardson.

Don't think a very talented Arky team isn't going to throw the fricking kitchen sink at you in September.

I know you're a homer like the rest of us but c'mon man. LSU brings back just as much talent and probably more depth on the o-line.

Point me in the direction of two guys similar to those two in the country over the last decade. Both were physical freaks.

Keep telling yourself that.

Barrett > Lonergan

Fluker > Hurst

Faulk > Cyrus K

Warmack > Collins

Williford = Steen

I don't know who our 6th man Lineman will be like Dworaczyk (sp?) for you guys.
