Not if he hires Cam Robinson and Hootie's lawyer.

So Clemson went from being able to name their score to being able to name their score?

I agree. Roberts gun doesn't appear to be stolen.

Why do you need a permit to own a gun? Who issues the "permit" that allows you to have one? What country is this?

What doesn't bode well is that the Auburn starting safety couldn't outrun a fat arse Alabama cop.

You need to have a permit in Alabama to have a gun in a car within reach and not in an unlocked compartment. Or carrying

That's what this is all about? What he did would be legal in texas. Unless he isn't 21.

Let's see if Gus does what he should, unlike little Nicky with Cam.

I thought Alabama changed that law, guess not. A lot of states over the past couple of laws have extended the castle doctrine to include vehicles as an extension. Honestly surprise Alabama hasn't followed suit.

A lot of people get permits just so they can keep their gun in their vehicle. The law change means less permits and permit money.

I agree that the situation doesn't bode well for Auburn, but not because he was arrested. The charges themselves aren't really a big deal.

The real problem comes from this part of the story:

"a passenger in a vehicle and fled from officers during a traffic stop."

Frick the misdemeanor gun charge. The fact that Auburn's starting safety just got caught by a cop in a foot chase is a MASSIVE problem .
