No it's not. Jeremy's hype was based on scripted plays over one half of play, and when the script ran out, Nick Marshall came in to save the day. Jarrett Stidham has a much bigger body of work. The Heisman talk is silly at this point, but the guy is going to be a stud if he stays healthy, one of the best quarterbacks in the SEC. Anybody who knows football can watch his game film and see that.

No doubt he is set up to fail. The media... not Auburn fans are behind the hype. And if he is a bust, then everyone will be laughing at Auburn fans... not the media. Cruel world.

Too much pressure, it's the Cam curse. Everybody has to live up to the hype that Cam started. People can't understand there will not be another Cam, except for Keihl Frazier.

People will laugh at this but it is true. The media is pumping him up hard. Most fans are in a holding pattern

I am not superstitious and do not tie any prior problems of hype to a current player.

Lashlee is gone and so is the old Gus Playbook. Johnson had all the talent in the world, but AU has lacked a QB Coach for years. The playcalling and route running (see LSU last year) cost JJ his career and his confidence. Lindsey can not help but to be better than Rhett.

Stidham is a Transfer, we do well with transfer QBs, the last two have won the SEC and taken us to the NC Game. See you in the playoffs. Stidham, one and done..
