Yeah that guy is an idiot. Everyone knows it refers to the school's ability to quickly swoop in and grab guys cut from other teams. Or, depending on the context, the speed with which "allegations" are swept under the rug. It's funny he thinks it has to do with literal speed.

We beat both teams that played for the SECC.
We were only on probation because Bama booster paid one of our players and his idiot gf to trump up accusations against us.
