Damn it. I wanted Alabama to pick up Washington soon. Hopefully by 2026 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 1926 Rose Bowl. Would be pretty neat.

Pretty interesting matchup, if I was an Auburn fan though I would have rather had a home & home with them as Washington has one of the coolest stadiums/settings in all of CFB.

The UW coach, Peterson, brought his Boise State team down to the Chick-Fil-A a few years ago and beat UGA.

His good experience with that probably helped him (and his AD) decide positively this time.
