We don't know. Most of us I think believe that there is a pretty good QB in JJ somewhere, I just don't know how possible it is to get it out of him.
In the meantime, this staff is doing a shite job helping get SW ready for the rest of the season if they're not going back to JJ.
On one hand I think it's ridiculous to give the job back to JJ when SW has done nothing but run the team well under the tight restrictions he's on, but on the other hand I'd like to see the old JJ reemerge if that's possible, as he's got more upside.

You gotta think it's better to have one QBs confidence wrecked than two. Pulling Sean would be a big mistake IMO.

It's big risk, perhaps big reward. Either way I think it's an irreversible type of thing. You have to go all in if you're going to do it.
Again, we've seen JJ play competently so I assume that's still possible, but it's really dicey.

As limited as Gus wants it to be. I'm fully certain he can navigate any play, but I think Gus/Lashlee don't want him to succeed too much, as that would look bad on their judgement.
This is why the Lashlee relationship was never a good idea. The "OC" for Gus should be there to keep him honest and call him out. Neither of them are going to disagree much.
