Obvious trend in the draft is the NFL doesn't want to coach your players when they draft them. You can see that teams are gonna overdraft certain teams or reach for players from certain teams because they trust the development they get. Obviously they trust Bama, Michigan, Ohio State. I doubt anyone believes Darvin Tomlinson is better than Montravious Adams but he was better prepared and won't embarrass your team. You may get Warren Sapp with Adams or you may have to coach him up for 3 seasons before he contributes. AU has a perception problem with the NFL right now
