Most people I know hope Gus pulls it out. He's had his head up his arse for two seasons, but he's learning and hopefully he'll turn it around. The Auburn family likes Gus and what he stands for as a person, but losing 7 in a row at home ain't going to cut it. For anybody.

I'll keep repeating it: as an AU fan, I'm as happy about LSU dumping Les as I was about UGa running off Richt last year.

Auburn needs stability and wants Gus, with Gus as CEO and Art Bryles as OC, Auburn will be much improved next year. This helps Gus get to 7-5 or 8-4 which is enough for him to keep his job.
