They seem to be doing pretty well. This was taken by me about 2 weeks ago when I was in Auburn for a meeting. Of the two, this one seems to be doing slightly worse. The other one is much greener and full of leaves. Both I am sure are healthy though.

Thats Samford Hall. One of the iconic old buildings in Auburn.

LINK

That's the link to the live camera of college and magnolia. The one on college is considerably greener. They'll eventually tell us why, I'm sure

One is much greener than the other.

The one that looks more dead is also the one that didnt settle right so I'm sure that has something to do with it since they dug it back up and replanted it.

You seem a little aggressive considering the subject matter is trees

I know a guy that swears he caught his girlfriend cheating on him, walking by the corner with some other dude to (presumably) Skybreezy. So there's that, I guess.

Glad they are doing well. Interesting to see the one trashy Bama fans response. But I'm sure his brothers will be along shortly to put him in his place.

Who the heck down voted me asking how the trees are doing?

On gameday and to watch celebrations, yeah plenty of people would. It's one of the busiest intersections in town too so you could use it to check traffic.

If Arkansas had an iconic campus landmark and meeting/ rallying place for the fanbase that was damaged I'm sure you'd feel differently about donating money. Just because they're trees how is that any different than something like Georgia's random archway?
And you've almost certainly "donated" money to plant trees before if you pay your taxes.

What can I say? We love the whole area not just one part of it. OK, maybe not Bottom's Up (Though oddly enough everyone knows where the club is). But other then that we love this town.

That having been said, yes killing the trees, while a wonderful example of bug-fricking insanity, was a bad thing.

If it was my school, then yes, I guess I should have added that to my original post. I laughed at fans of other teams- non Auburn- who said they were donating. A tragedy is one thing, some trees that get toilet papered are a whole different thing.

I keep trying to convince people to go there with me. I want to see if all the horror stories are true, but I don't have the courage to walk in by myself.

Did they really have a PVC pipe as a pole at one point?
