Just like this recent Ole Miss NCAA mess, the entire investigation was orchestrated by the REC and Saban turned in Freeze to get them the death penalty and Saban's best buddy Emmertt is about to lay the hammer down on them for shite from way back to the Nutt days.

Never claimed Saban was involved. Mainly just the good ole boy bammers and their "communication graduate " friends. The leaks out of the SEC Office were handled internally, and Mike Slive became stronger afterwards. You notice who wasn't selected as his replacement.
