I think he needs 8 wins.

One of them being GA, AL or LSU.

It will be a tough task.

If he pulls that off he deserves more time.

Honestly, if he doesn't I think he should get one more year but the AD should be fired. Give the new AD a year to clean house.

Hard to say he has to get to a specific number but if I had to guess I would say 8 wins

I agree. 8 wins with one of those having to be LSU or Georgia

One thing,

beating Alabama would probably count for 2-3 wins.

UGA should definitely be beatable next year. Gus's future relies almost entirely on his ability to correct our offensive woes and find a QB.

Hard to imagine they'll ever be more beatable than they were this year and we blew that, at home no less.

Auburn can beat anybody on the schedule. Getting decent Qb play this year is the key.

Agreed should have won this year, and don't see them making a big jump next year.

And that's fricked up IMO. AU needs to look to themselves and get their shite straight and not worry about Alabama. The Mississippi schools have passed them by and UGA/LSU have kicked their asses recently a lot more than Bama.

The measuring tape Auburn fans measure their program by just got longer.

Between the two, neither has won the SEC since '63. Don't you think you're being a little dramatic here?

Not saying I disagree, but that is the reality.

Doing well but losing to Alabama will get you fired.

Doing ok and beating them is pretty much job security.

It is what it is.

To be fair, losing to Auburn can put an Alabama coach on the hot seat pretty damn quick too.

Exactly. We've held our own just fine in the IB. Need to start putting the mutts and swamp kitties back in their place.
