NFL Cam seems like a good dude. Furthermore, he seems to be a great ambassador for his University. What is there to dislike? Maybe he should be more like Pacman Jones or some other thug?

What career are you in where you don't need to continue to study your field and stay up to date?
I guess once you figure out how to put the nozzle in the gas tank, push the button and squeeze the lever you've basically mastered it.

When he talks, he looks and sounds exactly like someone severely overacting on a kids show, purposely being fake. So this is only natural.

If by fields you mean wheat or corn, maybe. If you want to advance in your field and be more than just some "meh" employee you'll do all you can to get better.
