Keep thinking this if it makes you feel better. We needed a new coach because the game has passed Miles by and he was unwilling to change. That's the only reason, we don't give two craps about saban or whatever it is he's doing. He's a good coach, congratulations.

I like winning. I feel like we are some better playing calling and receiving away from being a pretty good team. All hope is not yet lost. I don't root for losses even when I want a coaching change. I would prefer the coach himself changes rather than needing a new coach.

Please list the defenses in the West that are better. Maybe Auburn and Bama, but that is it.

If you want to be negative...
Point to the red zone issues, the lack of explosive plays and the negative plays on O.
Then pray we don't win six so Gus can be fired and we start over.
If you want to be positive...
Recognize the D is as good as it has been since 2008, the QB is a poor fit for a our talent/scheme and the play calling is a result of trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. Just a DT QB away from this team being capable of winning 10 games with the schedule that we have this season.
Then pray Gus survives finds a DT QB and doesn't forget to have a defense when his offensive genius returns.
