That is pretty crazy. And it isn't a bunch of cupcakes either. Clemson, A&M, LSU. Has anyone else had that long a stretch the last few years?

vs Clemson (9/3)
vs Arkansas State (9/10)
vs Texas A&M (9/17)
vs LSU (9/24)
vs ULM (10/1)
@ MSU (10/8)

Looks like a pretty easy 6-0 start. Hopefully we can hold up on the back end of the schedule.

Nah, gotta lose one of those early ones or at least have them all be close wins to then set up the under the radar magical run to end the year on your way to the playoff. That's how these year after disaster seasons work on the plains. You know that.

I expect Auburn's returning Heisman winner at QB to obliterate all 6 of these teams with ease.

During that 6 game span, I anticipate Auburn going 7-0

And they have to face a man that dominates Auburn...Dan Muffin. Muffin's next Heisman candidate QB will be warmed up by then.

Clemson will come in and wax Auburn.
Sort of cupcake against Arkansas State since it's at home. If that game is lost, look for another 6-6 or 7-5 season.
Texas A&M is going to be interesting. Depends on quarterback play from both Auburn and A&M honestly. Sean White vs. Trevor Knight.
LSU will be a dogfight. LF7 vs. Roc Thomas and Jovon Robinson. Don't know how that one will go yet.
ULM is another one of those games that isn't technically a "cupcake," but if you lose that game at home, that would be a big cause of concern.

Predicted record after the first 5 home games - 3-2, with losses to Clemson and either LSU or A&M.

Outside of 2012, I'm pretty sure the winner of that game has always been the team you expect to lose.

Looks like 4-2 to me...although every time you write off Auburn in an overwhelming out of Conference matchup they always seem to just barely pull it off...
