I think Alabama wins regardless. However, the two deciding factors that will determine if the game is close are:

1) Coker- does he may any mistakes?
2) Henry- is he able to break a long run?

Henry is great when he has a big hole to run through. But he seems to get stopped at the line of scrimmage more than a lot of other running backs out there. If Auburn can somehow keep Henry from breaking for a long run, this game could be close.

At that point, it would be up to Coker. If he plays a typical "game manager" type of game and does what's needed without making any mistakes, then I think Bama could win big. But again, if he throws a few picks, it could get interesting.

I do think Auburn will have some success running the ball. Not a big day, but an adequate day. The real key for Auburn is QB play. They've got to complete a few passes downfield.

I think this game is close at the half, and maybe even into the 3rd quarter. In all likelihood though Bama pulls away in the 4th since they have so much more depth.

My prediction:

Alabama 31
Auburn 13

I think Bama scores two 4th quarter touchdowns to pull away.

Auburn will have some success running, because schematically they will spread it out more so than many of the rushing attacks Bama has seen.

I mean, I don't expect much, and I don't think we'll cover. But the Bama fans thinking Auburn has absokutely zero percent chance need to be knocked off their crimson high horse.

I've only seen two of these this week. One was 13 years old and doesnt know anything about college football before 2011. One was a bandwagon fan and doesnt know anything about college football before 2009. The rest of us know crazy things happen in Auburn.

I predict Bama loses this one and in another historic fashion. Auburn fans will be unbearable and Bama fans should be out killing things.

Should be a fun evening of football.

How is Auburn's Oline?

they're good, but not 2013, 2010, etc good

they have improved as the year has progressed. doesn't help them look good when we have trouble completing a forward pass with radio cam and one leg cam

They better hope they can run because if they can't, the 3rd string QB might be out there at some point.

If Bama can shut down LSU and MSU rushing four lineman they should handle the Boogs.
Bateman will be playing before the fourth quarter.

Hopefully The Alabama players are not looking past auburn like the fans on here. Its not like Auburn doesn't have talent, and this is a premier rivalry.

Agreed. This has all the hallmarks of 4 point game late in the 4th quarter where all of us Bama fans are wondering how the hell this is even a ballgame.

In the opposite direction.

Out of the stadium.

After suffering the worst loss in Iron Bowl history.
