Why any bowl game is important for Auburn
I'm dyin' over here.
---------
Why is a low-tier bowl important for Auburn?
The 2016 season begins for Auburn in December. Extra practices help build programs, even those that have fallen well short of pre-season expectations.
"There's no question it's huge," Auburn defensive coordinator Will Muschamp said.
Auburn (5-5, 2-5 SEC) can obtain bowl eligibility with a victory Saturday against Idaho (3-7), which enters Jordan-Hare Stadium for a 3 p.m. CT kickoff as a five-touchdown underdog.
The primary message throughout the week has been simple inside Auburn's locker room: win and get to a bowl game.

We need practice... Auburn has high highs and low lows... 2015 is over, 2016 starts in December...

Pretty reasonable goals. We definitely need a few weeks in December to work toward next year.

If the refs hadn't fricked JSU, this wouldn't even be an issue.

We've had a winner and a finalist the past 5 years. It's not that far-fetched to believe there might be somebody in the mix if the offense gets back on track next year.

Muschamp hasn't coaches in a bowl since 2012.

What? I'm assuming you are 5 from your grammar and that you forgot who was our DC last year in the Outback bowl.
