As long as they're not ringing them during plays. It would be great (and kind of shitty) if every opposing fanbase brought them and rang them. That would get them banned

Those are clearly do not fall under the exception to the noisemaker ban.
One year, when cowbells were still banned, a security guard was trying to confiscate my cowbell at Scott Field. I pointed out three vuvuzelas in the adjacent LSU section, and told him he couldn't touch my bell until he confiscated those horns. The security guy actually backed down and confronted the LSU fans. By the time he came back to see me, my bell was in the hands of a good friend a few rows down.
