I see that some UGA fans are attracting some friendly fire for not toeing the company line when it comes to LF vs Chubb.
I just wanted to let you guys know that tRant is a safe place for to you voice your opinions on the matter, whether you think LF is the best running back in the country (valid) or that Chubb is still ahead of him (also valid). Healthy debate should be encouraged and you shouldn't feel persecuted for posting something your fellow UGA fans don't agree with This goes for any LSU fans who lose their shite over someone suggesting LF isn't head and shoulders above Chubb at this point.
Debating these two is fun, but it also might be prudent to heed the wise words of Wild Thang:

Great idea. Why hasn't anyone thought to compare these two yet?

Isn't this where everyone gets all bent out of shape because an LSU fan was on the UGA board?
LF has been the best running back in college football so far this year, and it isn't really that close.
Chubb has nearly matched him on a YPC basis. It will be interesting to see how their usage changes as the season progresses - I fully expect Chubb to get more carries per game once we get into SEC play, and I would be in awe if LF manages to avg 200/game the rest of the way.
I will say what I said before the season started - these guys will finish within 150 yards of each other by the end of the year.
