They just looked good against a shitty and unprepared/hyped Steve Spurrier team that was clearly not ready.

Still not sold on atm ATM

Spurrier is becoming Bobby Bowden 2.0 - He better retire sooner than getting thrown out like Bowden did.

He is out of touch with today's College Football.

Pretty funny watching this board desperately try and downplay USC after spending MONTHS talking about how badly they'd kick the shite out of us

Maybe, just maybe, USC is a pretty good team and we are jus that much better.

There is absolutely no reason you could come to the conclusion that A&M is NOT great after that first game. They may not be great, but nothing about the sample size suggests that to be the case.

The title should say something like, "I'm not convinced that A&M is great."

Anybody that can get develop a first-time starting QB to go 44-60, 511 yards, and 3 TD against a decent SEC team is pretty fricking good.

A&M may not be world-beaters but they are damn sure better than what we were all predicting.

They looked great last night. Will they look great every game? I guess we will find out over the next few weeks.

People make fun of Saban for making moves with the coaching staff during the offseason - Spurrier played golf while drinking beer during his offseason while making fun of every SEC school besides his own.

BIG DIFFERENCE.

bit the ole ball coach in his cooch

He is 33-6 (now 7) over the last 3 seasons.

If LSU or Alabama loses this weekend I'll know what Hanukkah is like

Thank you. I think anyone with half a brain can see we looked like at least a 9 win type team last night, with the potential for more. That's a hell of a lot better than those saying we'd be lucky to win 7 games

Meh, there wasn't this much over reaction year before last when they SPANKED Bama at home. Guess who ended the year on a better note? Aggies treat every SEC win like a Bowl Game, they still feel alienated

Is he really?

Why is it ok for Lebron to go back home but Lane is a douche for wanting to do the same thing with USC?

He went to Tennessee and found out that the place sucks and got a BUY OUT job opportunity to go back home and now he is a douche?

I have watched and read every interview of Kiffen since he has been at Alabama and he seems to be an ok kind of guy. Plus, I hate Tennessee, so I do not give a frick that he fricked that puke orange place over.

No big deal to me

I don't think the biggest A&M homer would've seriously predicted 500+ passing yards from your boy. Congrats Ags. You have legit reasons to be excited this year.
