I feel like despite all this, Ole Miss still has a brighter future under Freeze than Tennessee does Under Lyle

We just won 9 games and would have easily been 10 had not Jalen Hurd sabotaged the SC game. We underachieved and a lot of that was because of injuries a new DC, but overall Butch has the team in much better shape than when he first inherited it.
Ole Miss, however, is about to be really bad.
Freeze cheats on Bama's level and still cant even win anything sigificant.

Tuthill, we are hated by fans because we have been on top of the sport for too long. It will end in a few years and then you can just hate us for fricking our sisters and talking a bit slow. We are not Ole Miss brother and you would know this if you had any shred of common sense. Don't latch on to the idiotic fantasy that we buy these guys just because you can't beat us. It's pathetic.

Just using common sense tells me you're not correct in your claim on Bama cheating. I mean if the "whole country knows what cheating Mfers bama is" then certainly the ncaa is aware and would be knee deep in Bamas business.
You sound like the type of person who faults others for your short comings. It's never your fault, you're never wrong and you always claim to have done things bigger and better than anyone else.

I am officially withdrawing all previous allegations concerning bama cheating or buying players at this time, until Leo Lewis matter etc is resolved. I was just kidding and meant nothing by it.
I don't believe any SEC schools are involved In any serious recruiting violations and that as a conference we are certainly cleaner than most.
Btw NCAA is pushing for 2 year bowl ban against Ole Miss. Freeze is going to be served up to them on a platter to keep that from happening if they offer a deal. Players are free to transfer and play immediately if that happens and that would be devestating. I don't get a shite what everyone is saying right now, but ole miss will take the deal. 90% of coaches with these allegations have resigned or been fired in the past anyway

According to Faye Dunaway, Warren Beatty, and Steve Harvey, the NCAA penalties for Ole Miss will be Tar Heel/Nittany Lion/Cane-esque.

Pretty sure the last time we played Tennessee y'all had negative rushing yards. Injuries and a crappy academic advisor (which I believe was the plan all along) hurt us from the beginning. Add to that a dc that belonged in a retirement home and last season was a disaster. And you're right it's about to get worse. It took Tennessee a last second miracle to beat a uga team that we ran out of the stadium.

Have they brought the hammer down on Ole Miss yet?
30 scholly reduction over 4 years with 2 year bowl ban. Maybe a stiffer penalty will knock the cockiness out of the webel fan base. They've been laughing in the face of the NCAA this entire time by still handing out gift cards to players at the churches. NCAA needs to drop the hammer and set an example.

I come to read up on the Ole Miss situation and have to wade through this kind of crap.

When has the NCAA allowed the testimony of a rival school's player?
I don't think the NCAA particularly cares whether the schools are rivals. They do allow testimony from anyone who has knowledge.
As for rivals, if you consider Alabama and Tennessee to be rivals, the NCAA allowed and used a LOT of testimony from Philip Fulmer and the UT booster guy who died recently (Roy Adams?) in making its case against Alabama in the Albert Means mess. They apparently didn't use any UT players, but a rival head coach is pretty much the same in terms of credibility, which I assume is what you're getting at.
Though we are not rivals by any means, the NCAA also allowed Lester Earl, who had transferred to Kansas, to testify against LSU in exchange for immunity back in the '90s case that resulted in severe sanctions for our basketball program. In his case, they literally told him that he would not be eligible to play unless he gave evidence that implicated LSU and that he would be eligible immediately if he did. If ever there was a "witness" with an incentive to lie, that was it. Earl later admitted this and that a lot of what he told them was a lie, although LSU was certainly guilty of enough to get hammered without adding whatever lies he told them. The point, however, is that the NCAA didn't much care that Earl had a strong incentive to make false allegations in the LSU case, so they may well not care that a current Miss. St. player may have one in this case as well. The fact that they gave him immunity in order to talk to him suggests they think he's probably credible.

If you can't see the blatant flaws in the whole immunity sham you are a complete tard.
Happens all the time, even in real criminal cases when a co-defendant receives immunity or a sweet plea deal in exchange for testimony against another defendant. It's far from perfect, and his credibility can certainly be attacked when he testifies, but juries and judges very frequently trust the testimony of the one who turns state's evidence, even knowing about the incentive he has.

The NCAA has plenty of ammo in this OleMiss case outside of the Leo Lewis testimony. My God, they racked up over a dozen Level 1's, plenty of ammo.
