And for all the money they paid out what did Ole Piss get? A couple of wins over LSU and Bama?

The person said Tuesday that 13 allegations involve the football program, and nine of those occurred during current coach Hugh Freeze's tenure.

Interesting. Nine happened under Freeze? How many of those 9 were about Tunsil?

oh, shameless bump too.

Pank will go missing for a little bit.

However, i found the answer to my Tunsil question.

Five other violations revolve around former offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil and allegations made by Tunsil's former stepfather, Lindsey Miller. Tunsil was suspended for the first seven games last season for his use of loaner vehicles from Cannon Motors in Oxford, Mississippi. He was reinstated by the NCAA for the final six games. Additionally, Tunsil spent a night at an Ole Miss assistant coach's house, another violation outlined in the NCAA's report.

That means we would have gotten 11.

I can dig it.

OP Updated.

Will be updated on an as needed basis, we only need facts here, not just some hearsay from Neal McCready and Yancy Porter.

I'll leave everyone else out of it. Even though they are quite the twitter warriors.

Honest question: It is my understanding that OM has had the letter from the NCAA for a while. It is also my understanding that after the Yahoo article, the AD acknowledged and addressed the letter and insinuated that there was nothing to this relative to the current administration. Is that not true?

There appears to be something to this and it appears to be lack of institutional control.

Given the punishments the NCAA has administered recently (Including the SMU basketball punishment), what do you guys honestly think is going to come of this?

That is certainly a given.

Right now, it appears to me that OM appears to be cheating relative to their traditional prowess in view of their recent recruiting success.

Then comes an NCAA NOA.

However, what we think we know about this Notice does not appear to be significant at all, but because it involves multiple sports, there could be a lack of institutional control ruling here.

All is all, though, this is likely much about nothing...
