I was told we'd have no shot bc "He has a non compete clause to all SEC schools as OC."

I'd trade my left nut

B Allen might be the best QB in the sec

It's been a wet dream of mine that we would poach Bert to replace Les.

I'd settle for Enos at OC

I could be wrong, but didn't we have something similar in place with Petrino?

Bert didn't cover his bases with Randy Shannon and was pissed that he made a lateral move and fricked us on recruits.

All our newer assistants have non competes in their contracts unless it's a move up in title.

Only way OC or DC can go to another SEC school is as HC.
Position coaches could go to be coordinators.

Randy Shannon actually had that clause too, it's why he's co-defensive coordinator and associate head coach at Florida.

It's pretty common actually. Mizzou assistants have a similar clause.

We sent the whole coaching staff to talk him out of Central Michigan. Bert was about to trade his left nut as well. We really hit a home run with this guy.
