Arkansas Starting RB?

Is it Rawleigh Williams or Devwah Whaley?

Kody Walker for now, as he is the 6th year senior and a team captain. Williams and Whaley will get more and more looks as the year goes on.
By about game 3 I expect Rawleigh to get the start then by Mid October I expect Devwah will be getting a bulk of the carries, if not starting.

Rawleigh Williams is the starter, but I imagine Williams and Whaley will have a nearly identical number of carries so long as they both stay healthy.
Two featured backs with Walker being a change of pace back and Hammonds will see the field as well...either running the ball or lining up in the slot.

Coach B confirmed Williams will start because Kody has a lingering injury that hasnt healed up yet. Otherwise Im sure it wouldve been him.

No he didn't. He only said Kody had a lingering injury and they were keeping him out/light on contact for practice. I like Kody but he's not starting caliber.

LOL okay. Im sure his injury has nothing to do with him not playing
And dude, its LA TECH.....hes plenty good enough to get the start. Besides CBB very loyal to his upper classman, and Kody was voted a team captain. Team captains usually start at least early on in the season. Theres no reason Kody wouldnt start against La Tech if he werent injured.
I agree that Williams and Whaley are better than Kody and they will definitely see more action than he will. But he would be very capabale starting the first series against La Tech, we will still win the game handily, and it will mean a lot to him to start a game in his senior year.
