Some of those on death row are claiming to be too fat- therefore I think Bert has an advantage if he wanted to fight it.

You know why they are executing so many in Arkansas now?
Their supply of lethal injection medicine expires April 30, so they want to be able to use it up,for it has been harder for states to acquire new lethal injection medicines.

I was sort of torn on the issue but after seeing some of the victim's family members being interviewed and reading this this morning from a friend of a friend, I'm leaning more towards use it all up.

quote:

As a family member of Jack Jones' victims, I find my emotions all over the map. Yes this family has made peace and moved forward with life. But now this is true closure. We will no longer be subjected to knowing that he kept a picture of Lacey in his cell, of facing yet another hearing or delay of justice. We as the family have lived this for 22 years. Now it is over.

Even those that are against the death penalty would feel much different about it after listening to the victim's families.

And if they could only listen to the victim herself.

The most profound thread from the undisputed gold standard of posters, however i'm an insufferable douche who spends his time power binging on cheetos in my parent's basement.

The last two were rapist that murdered their victim. They fought the system in prison for 20 years and finally the reckoning!
