Yes, with the departure of Brandon Allen, Arkansas is well and truly fricked at the QB position.

The Hogs will never again have anybody quite so good at quarterback.

I mean all we have now is Brandon's little brother, Austin. Austin was just rated a 4-star QB by Scout, ESPN and 247.

And he played in the Semper Fidelis AA game. Big whoop.

And the ONLY other programs who offered him a scholarship were little rinky-drink places like
Notre Dame, Tennessee, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss and North Carolina.

Oh, and he'll just be a redshirt junior with game experience, too.

I mean it's him or Ricky Town...who both Alabama and Southern Cal wanted.

Or maybe Ty Storey, who Alabama wanted, and Auburn wanted, and pretty much everybody else.

Oh noes...whatever will Arky do for a QB?

It should be another historic 7-5 season next year for Arky

Handoffs look the same whether it's a 5star or a 1star.

Just make sure that you guys have a TE that can execute a 4th down cross field lateral.

You never know, if we might need another one of those next year.

We should sell Aubie a QB, we know they pay top dollar for them.

If your head was rent-to-own, Auburn would've owned you after 2010.

Can't be worse than BA's first season where he threw less than 50%

As long as they beat LSU, it's a season to remember. The standard for success is pretty low in Northwest Arkansas.

Yeah beating LSU these days is nothing to brag about. I really wish we had beaten Toledo because that would have meant something.

This would make since if it were Bama. We beat LSU on way too regular a basis for it to mean anything. It's almost to a point now where LSU beating us means more to them.

Replacing a qb like Allen production wise is always a crap shoot.

The question is why with a veteran qb in year three did Bert lose to Toledo and Texas Tech teams that on paper they should have smashed????

It could be. But among the 7 will be LSU. Again.
