Unless Miami Northwestern has another SR class with 7 4 stars, he's no better than Trooper Taylor.

All I know about Shannon is he was an awful head coach. No clue what kind of recruiter or lb coach he is.

How about you fricking address the facts.

All the talk about Shannon when he was at Miami was that "South Florida needed Coach Shannon." Even as a recruiter he still couldn't get all of the best available talent out of Miami, and that 2008 class was full of busts.

He was a great DC and assistant at Miami before he became head coach. He also did some good recruiting in South Florida as an assistant too from what I remember.

As always, your refusal to address the facts is extremely strong.

We can't a staff excellent at talent evaluations like LSU to get us to the Chic-fil-a bowl.

I think it's difficult to say how he'll recruit Texas. Not enough data points. Also probably safe to say he won't be getting many Florida recruits to Arkansas. Not top shelf ones at least.

From what I've gathered Shannon will be put in Louisiana to pull stud talent right from LSU's backyard.

Les has his longterm contract locked up, he's got no worries of being fired, the LSU slide is about to commence with a Clemson raping tomorrow night.

I don't know as much about their staff as their fans obviously but I'm sure they hired people with Texas connections to recruit the area. Shannon could do some I'm sure and he has some name brand recognition but as far as HS contacts go he probably doesn't have nearly as much as he does in FL

That's my cue to duck out. The over the top trolling has taken over another thread. Congrats.

The fact that he's overrated as a recruiter.
