I saw on the SECN that Booger, Chris Doering and the other talking head seemed very giddy that Kody Walker was going to get J. Williams carries now.

Is Walker that good that Williams injury does not put the running game back a few steps? I know Walker is a Missouri kid but I thought he was a fullback.

Definitely not as good but he's been impressive the few times he's gotten reps. He had a big spring game this year too which is fueling some of his expectations.

He's similar to what Devin White will look like in a Hog uni...all 250+lbs of him

He's actually the perfect compliment to Alex Collins.

Kody is great in short yardage and goal line situations. He should have a big year now.

Solid RB. Was going to be a big part of the run game to begin with, but will now have an even bigger role.

Has been injured for a lot of his career here. Was granted a medical waiver over the summer and is playing as a junior.

Will be a good change of pace back to AC3.

Collins will be like Adrian Peterson and Walker will be like Bettis. Should be fun

I don't think there are many in the SEC better than JWill but Walker has potential to be very good. He killed it in the spring game and by all accounts is having a very good fall camp so far. I think where we will benefit most from Walker will be in the fourth quarter pounding the ball, I read somewhere that he is 260lbs!

I think everyone knows that our line is going to create holes we just need whoever is back there to hit them. Walker is a bruiser that is not going to shy away from contact and may even look for it, RWill III is a freshman more in the mode of felix jones than Jwill or Collins. He is quick to the hole and if he gets thru the second level will not be caught

Kody catches the ball well also and played beast mode in the spring. He will play a lot.

He scored a bunch of goalline TDs early on in Petrino's last year then got hurt. Got hurt again the next year and then Williams/Collins passed him up. We really don't know what to expect from him other than he had a big spring game and was recently granted a 6th year.

He does move very well for a 260 lb RB
