That seems like an odd move....from defensive coordinator to co-defensive coordinator.

Don't blame him. Hanging around arky too long could severely damage his reputation.

Timing is pretty bad for Hogs. How many decommits will there be?

as an OSU fan I love this hire. Ash's defenses gave us problems time and again when he was at Wisky. Combined with getting Larry Johnson Sr. from penn state, really big movements for the defensive coaching staff in Columbus.

Ok, guys, here's the back story.

Ash likes donuts on the occasional Saturday morning. Inexplicably, donuts are scarce in Fayetteville now. Also, he's fond of Chinese fare. All the buffets there are now defunct (that's out of business for you arkies). You can now put two and two together and see why he would love such a fine place and mentor and head to the shite hole that is Columbus.

It's a big loss but I'm sure Randy Shannon is about to get promoted.

Is this a function of their desire to attend Akry or is it because none have offers from other schools that could be consider better places to play college football. I'm not really up on your recruiting class.

Doubtful. They still finish towards the bottom in recruiting regardless, won't matter much.

It's because we're the best in all the land.
