I hope yall are this confident when we come to town in 2 weeks. The way some of you hawg fans are talking is if LSU was playing .500 ball. Amazing... You guys are going to be in for a rude awakening. You make errors and hit like crap against LSU and they will make you pay.

Can you admit to only believing the rankings when they benefit your school?
Honestly. I remember you guys going ape shite on this board with that pre-season ranking. And we all know what the most bullshite rankings are in EVERY sport year in and year out.

I'm not trolling, but I'm curious what teams you have played that are equal to playing @Arizona State, Gonzaga, @South Carolina, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State. As of now, what teams are as good or better than that lineup of teams....

Well you probably need a bigger sample size or some new friends. I grew up in Fayetteville surrounded by Hog fans obviously and don't know anybody that makes the claims you suggest.

I'll give you USC and Ole Miss, but after that, you don't really have much to stick a feather in your hat with.
ASU punked y'all big time, so did the Zags (who just dropped 2 of 3 to Loyola-Marymount btw) and we took 2 of 3 from MSU on the road.

And I'm watching Duke/Louisville and don't feel like going through our last 27 games and comparing them to Arkansas.
All I'm pointing out is simply that rankings only matter to most of the Arky posters here when it benefits them. And as soon as they don't, the rankings are bullshite. I just find it amusing.

I live with a guy from Conway, AR and roomed with a HUGE Arkansas fan in college. Both would fit in perfectly with Arkansas posters on this board. It's kinda the norm in my experiences.

It's not a bad city. I actually like Arkansas the state and the people for the most part outside of this and the over the top Baptists.

You're using the same calculations that Ultimate is telling us not to use. Btw do you know who doesn't have an RPI of 17 or better?

Not really the same thing. SOS changes so much this early in the season, as I stated to State fans last week. UCA dropped nearly 30 RPI spots since they took 2/3 from State, which in turn will take a toll on their SOS as they keep losing games.
Pre season polls are voted on and are two totally different things. We were only #1 in three of the five and are only now starting to play like that team.
As you state that your feelings are our fans are cocky, you guys also seem to be a little cocky being 25-2 at this point, with a very mediocre conference e schedule to start the season.
I'm not saying you suck, but everything LSU posters say towards our fans in this thread, can also directly apply to all of you. After all, you are coming to Baum this year, where you got swept in your last visit.
