They all hired head coaches with a combined 3 years of P5 head coaching experience and those 3 years were all losing years.

Didn't Bert also get payed the most and has been out performed by all of them even Muschamp at UF if you want count him too. It's better to hire a unknown then to hire someone you know is average at best.
Coach O is the only one that I would take Bert over. Coach Mac and Gus were clearly better when hired then Bert.

The coaches at LSU, Tennessee, Florida, Auburn and Georgia all have winning records at their current school. Bert otoh is below .500.
