If so, your school just got thrown under the bus.

"We issued a warning a few weeks ago (after the Walkers' home appeared on a short-term rental website) and Tuesday we will issue a violation notice," Moran said. "If it happens again, they will have to go to court." Tuesday, however, Scott Walker told The Mississippi Press he and his wife played host to four college football players who "were absolutely not paying" to stay in the guest house.

I've never heard of Scott Walker.
But the dude gets released from Federal Prison after serving time on corruption charges and then decides to host 4 college football players during what may have been their spring break and spills the beans to the newspaper?
WTF?
A trustworthy individual we have here.

I mean, worst case the kids have to pay him back for their week of spring break. Roughly $500 a person? So, maybe 1 game, max?

Impressive - - that "Walk of Championships" takes up almost half the dinning room.

Dude has been causing trouble for years. Gets out of prison and says that. This is after he threw 3 gulf coast mayors and business men under the bus for what he did.

Your players received improper benefits, and I can't wait till Ole Miss's arse meets the NCAA's dick coming over the middle

Sounds like something a fan of a bunch of rapists would say.

Whose to say it was even ole miss players. Could be some kids from a jr college that came and stayed. That played for ocean springs or a private school on the coast. Cause it was this weekend cause it was black beach week and ole miss was wrapping up spring practice so it probably isn't even ole miss players.

Vols&Shaft you really need to worry about the corruption going on in Knoxville and how your coach gets calls from the police there so he can notify players to get their stories straight before being arrested. Seriously, if every Ole Miss Alumni paid every single player and also provided hookers and blow, it still wouldn't add up to the crookedness going on up there.
As far as our guys go, if they are stupid enough to do this with all the investigation stuff going on, I'd prefer to just kick them off the team. I don't care who it is. Either they were told not they couldn't do this and did, or some heads need to roll on our coaching staff and compliance department if they are not informing these players enough or just ignore it. Either way, if 4 players from Ole Miss got an impermissible benefit from this guy, someone should be losing their job.
However, Ole Miss was finishing up spring practice on Saturday so I'm not sure how 4 of our players were down in Biloxi all weekend?
