One of your beat writers theorized that Mac's evasiveness on the subject is an indication that they are not.
Also, whipping Toney out at WR (awesome moves, great player), seems to indicate the same thing.

Toney is good enough he should be playing regardless. Hammond and Cleveland are good too.
Davis needs more carries at rb. He leads the team in rushing with 5 carries.
Idk about the suspended guys.

My understanding is there is possible criminal charges coming, but they may be able to pay back the university and not face shite.. and then no longer be suspended.
If it were a regular student, they would have been found guilty already, kicked out of school, etc.

We only need Callaway for returns. Our receivers are actually loaded, the issue is the play calling. He finally...FINALLY. Started getting them the ball in the fourth. Got 190 yards of offense from it. Toney is a stud as is Davis and need to touch the ball 15-20 times a game between the two of them.
Scarlett is a big loss though. Him and Davis would be a strong 1-2 punch. Thompson and Pern suck. I frown every time they touch the ball knowing it will be a two yard gain.

I don't know if anybody knows when the guys are coming back. It would be nice to get them back to help with depth later in the season. We still have play makers we just need to get the ball in their hands. Toney was as good as the hype .

It's interesting that I happen to know a few outstanding members of the Scarlett family. I dealt with them professionally as they were prosecuted for being part of a fraud case. Here he is involved in a university credit card fraud case himself.
UF will find a way for both of these guys to play for the LSU game.
