I like watching T&F every now and then... but even if you promised me it was for the national title and Arkansas would sweep every single event I wouldn't watch the Whorns network.

The sprints are entertaining, but the long distance events are pretty miserable to watch

As a former runner, I watch it when I catch it on. It's not the most titilating television, but you can appreciate speed.
